OpenMRS not syncing with OpenERP/Odoo due to missing property saleable.feed.generator.uri

Description

There is a missing property, saleable.feed.generator.uri=http://localhost:8050/openmrs/ws/atomfeed/saleable/recent

This is missed in the erp-atomfeed.properties

Eventhough the entries are present in the erp-atomfeed.properties file in the repo, while installing, the property is missing. This is because, the erp-atomfeed.properties file is replaced with the erp-atomfeed.properties.j2 template while getting installed. So we need to correct the jinja template to fix this issue.
