OVIYAM2 viewer seem to be breaking on Latest Chrome (tested on Version 91.x) and Firefox (tested 89.x). However on Safari (tested 13.1.x) it seems to work as usual.

Try upgrading bahmni’s deployment of OVIYAM2 to use 2.8.1

Outcome:

1. Manual installation of Oviyam2 Version 2.8.1 onto bahmni’s packaging of PACS under JBOSS - works without any DCM4CHEE changes.

1. Fix bahmni pacs RPM generation in Bahmni-package/bahmni-pacs graddle

2. Updating WIKI with instructions on how to upgrade to Oviyam2.8.1 manually for older version of Bahmni
