Sponsor bottom banner shrinks on responsive screens

Description

If one adds a banner at the bottom of the page, this banner becomes really small when login page is loaded on a mobile phone:

The changes have been implemented and PRed: https://github.com/Bahmni/openmrs-module-bahmniapps/pull/117

Note that the "Power By ThoughtWorks..." style is not correct. It stays at the place it was the first time the page is loaded.
To fix this, I recommend to use position: fixed instead of position:absolute. Adding this into this issue's PR.
