Context/Purpose (along with Use cases):
We want to log an Audit Log event whenever some user runs a report, so that we can track if someone is running reports in an unauthorised manner, or causing unnecessary system load – or even, how freq are some reports run.

Event: “Report <REPORT_NAME> was run by user X”.

(Irrespective of whether it was a PDF, Html, CSV, etc). The message should be logged if any report run has been triggered).

(Should happen in both cases – Run / Queue) of reports
