Context
In the OpenMRS, once the lab orders are placed, the order data is sent to OpenELIS. Once the samples are collected and the test results are updated in OpenELIS, the lab test results are synced back to OpenMRS.
In OpenMRS, along with the Lab results, the date and time when the lab results are updated should also be displayed in the Display control

Assumptions
Acceptance Criteria
Given that a Doctor orders a Lab test, when the Lab test results are updated, then the date and time when the results are updated at OpenELIS should be updated in the Results Display control in General Dashboard
Notes
The date and time should be the time when the results are actually given and saved at OpenELIS
The date and time should be displayed in the dashboard only after validation at OpenELIS
Results validation time or synchronisation time should not be used for this
At OpenMRS, Results Display control, once an order is placed, no date should be displayed at the test level. Once the results are updated and synced then along with the results, the Name of the user who entered the results and the Date and time when the results were updated should be displayed
