Bahmni supports a report type observation which can be used to fetch row entries for the observations captured. The report can be filtered to show specific concepts.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Volume mount the standard-config in your local setup.

2. Add the following configuration to reports.json file in openmrs/apps/reports directory of config folder.

3. Now register a patient and fill the Immunization Incident Record observation form.

4. Navigate to the Reports app and run the Immunization Report.

Actual Behaviour:

The report shows names of Immunization and Procedure Received By patient in all the locales which the concept has a name.

Expected Behaviour:

The report should only the name of the concept in the preferred locale which can be passed from the config.
