You can ask for help from Bahmni Community channels. If you need to raise a support request with ThoughtWorks, then you can drop an email to bahmni-support@thoughtworks.com which uses FreshDesk for managing support tickets.

You can raise a support request with Bahmni Support Team for: 

  1. Production issues - For example, Software infrastructure, Bahmni product issues while using the application, Bahmni application not accessible etc
  2. Questions/clarifications - For example, like to how to use a module, how to configure a form etc. As a first option, please reach out to our community here. As a second option, drop us an note at this support email. 
  3. New Requirements - Features not available in Bahmni and you want us to develop. It is recommended to discuss it first on the Bahmni Community Channels, before raising a support request.

Process for raising a support request:

  1. Drop an email to bahmni-support@thoughtworks.com
  2. Once you raise a ticket, you will receive instructions to create a user id on http://bahmni.freshdesk.com. This way you can manage all your tickets in a central location.
  3. Someone from Bahmni support team will reach out to you.

Our recommendation is not to reach out to individuals via Skype/Chat for any help. Please drop us an email at bahmni-support@thoughtworks.com and we will respond to you ASAP. Logging via support system helps us track requests, and helps in quicker resolution in future for people struggling with similar issues.
