Removing retrospective data entry button (Registration Desk)

Purpose
The retrospective data entry button is used to enter data from a different date and/or from different location and/or on behalf of another provider/data-entry-person. This is available in Clinical module (Patient Records in endTB use case).
The button with the text "Registration Desk" here is used for retrospective data entry. By default, this name displayed is from the location that the user is logged in.
Configuration
This button is configurable from the roles/privileges in OpenMRS.
Each scenario that are displayed on click of the retrospective button will have separate privilege.
Privileges Used
Privilege for different date
The privilege is "app:clinical:retrospective"
Privilege to show "onbehalf"
Privilege for Location Entry
For location entry field, privilege required is "app:clinical:locationpicker"
Disabling specific fields
Based on the requirements, one can enable or disable the privileges for the specific roles (typically from Clinical:FullAccess role).

If the user do not have any of these three privileges, this button gets disappeared.
