Control Properties

Each control has its own properties. And control properties can be set in the control properties box of form builder. For now, control properties are only able for Obs Control to describe one Obs Control whether have a note, mandatory, visible and so on.
Properties Types
For now, every Obs control has three default control properties and other control properties which depend on its datatype. The three default control properties are HideLabel, Mandatory and Note.
Other Control Properties
Other Control Properties which associate with datatype can be find in Obs Control Types
Default Value
All three default control properties are set as false (unselected) as default value.
