1. DOCTOR selects a sample type group.

1. As of ver .85, a test panel is shown as one order in the Order List.

3. After deselecting some of the tests, a test panel does not exist any more, so all remaining tests should be shown explicitly. As discussed with Siddhartha on 9/29/16
