Description:
Multiple Visits can be opened from the same location using Patient Doc Upload

Steps to Reproduce:
Create a patient and open an OPD visit
Navigate to the patient doc upload and select the patient
Create a new OPD visit without the End Date and add a doc
Save it
Navigate to the patient dashboard

Actual:
Multiple current visits from the same location are created and shown on dashboard

Expected:
End Date should be mandatory in Patient Doc upload
