Improve the readability of Medication Prescriptions under Medication Tab

Description

The prescription view under Medications Tab is currently not readable and it is very difficult to follow the instruction. Any additional instructions also get hidden and can only be viewed by clicking an additional button.

 

Change the Medications so that it is clear to understand and read the instructions. Separate out the fields so that the result is better highlighted.
