Introduce MartConcatenatedReport to support Concatenated Report for Bahmni Mart

Description

As part of [#BAH-567], we integrated Bahmni Mart with Bahmni Reports. But if a user wants to run any concatenated report on the mart database, currently there is no provision to do the same. So, as part of this card, we have to introduce a new type (MartConcatenatedReport) to support the same.

As mentioned in BAH-567 (steps mentioned by in comments section), tested the card locally with "type": "MartConcatenated" and ran the report. working as expected. Merged the PR. Below are the commit details
