As an IE
I want to import many forms 2.0 in Implementer Interface
So that I can transfer them from UAT to Prod
*Context
*Currently, export and import on Forms 2.0 works only one by one. We want to enable multiple form export and import
Assumptions
Export of Forms 2.0 via IE has been developed
Import can be via zip or using a picker to pick one form at a time
Acceptance Criteria
1. A user can import multiple forms at a time through a zip file
2. Forms should be imported in draft version, and will be manually saved and published by the IE
3. Throw error message in case an import fails
4. Import file should include translations for the form
