At any point, anyone may propose an enhancement to the Bahmni product . Typically this involves
(a) suggesting a feature or enhancement on the Bahmni discussion forum to get initial feedback, and then
(b) writing a more formal document describing the change. Depending on the scope of the proposed changes, and the level of resourcing(development, Business analysts, Quality assurance e.t.c) that the interested organizations bring to the table, a change might be slotted directly into an upcoming release, at the discretion of the Product Architecture Team.
