The Death information section on the registration page helps us maintain information about a patient's death. It takes in information like the "Date of Death", "Death Reason" etc.

The reasons for death can be added as comma separated values under the "concept.reasonForDeath" definition in the Advanced Settings screen. In the case shown below, Choking and Drowning will show up as reasons for death in the application.
