Running Bahmni Lite with pre-loaded CIEL db (docker)

Bahmni LITE comes with CIEL Concept dictionary, which comprises of over 50K medical terms. This can slow down the first time initialisation of DB. To use a pre-loaded DB with CIEL dictionary, to increase startup time, please follow these steps.

Use the bahmni/openmrs-db:clinic-config image as OpenMRS DB to reduce the booting time of Bahmni Lite. To use this image:

Change the OPENMRS_DB_IMAGE_NAME variable to bahmni/openmrs-db:clinic-config in .env file of Bahmni Lite

```
Uncomment the volume mounts for configuration_checksums in openmrs and openmrs-db service in the docker-compose.yaml of Bahmni Lite
