While creating an appointment, Teleconsultaiton is marked if this is going to be Teleconsultation appointment. Appointment gets updated with teleconsultation details for Doctors to access and the same details gets communicated to patient via email. Incase patient doesn’t have email access, Receptionist has provision to share the teleconsultaiton details manually via Message, WhatsApp.
