It

is

very

important

to

accurately

record

PATIENT

info,

especially

those

related

to

identity.

2.

In

countries

like

India

there

are

many

working

languages,

names

may

be

romanized

in

different

ways,

thus

making

retrieving

correct

data

difficult.

When

it

is

overly

time-consuming

or

inconvenient

to

find

a

record,

most

CLERKS

will

instead

try

to

create

a

new

one,

causing

duplication

and

loss

of

past

history.

The

same

happens

to

localtion,

e.g.

village

names,

where

a

mistyped

name

could

cause

a

duplicate

record

to

be

created.

A

lot

of

info

could

be

collected

by

Bahmni,

but

little

of

them

is

of

real

use,

we

need

to

be

aware

of

that,

as

well

as

the

cost

associated

with

keeping

those

info

private

and

secure.
