You can ask for help from Bahmni Community channels. If you need to raise a support request with ThoughtWorks, then you can drop an email to bahmni-support@thoughtworks.com which uses FreshDesk for managing support tickets.
You can raise a support request with Bahmni Support Team for:
- Production issues - For example, Software infrastructure, Bahmni product issues while using the application, Bahmni application not accessible etc
- Questions/clarifications - For example, like to how to use a module, how to configure a form etc. As a first option, please reach out to our community here. As a second option, drop us an note at this support email.
- New Requirements - Features not available in Bahmni and you want us to develop. It is recommended to discuss it first on the Bahmni Community Channels, before raising a support request.
Process for raising a support request:
- Drop an email to bahmni-support@thoughtworks.com
- Once you raise a ticket, you will receive instructions to create a user id on http://bahmni.freshdesk.com. This way you can manage all your tickets in a central location.
- Someone from Bahmni support team will reach out to you.
