  1. Setup bahmni event log service by following the instructions here

  2. Install offline sync omod by specifying the omod in the the file setup.yml located in /etc/bahmni-installer/setup.yml

  3. Installing the Android app

    To make the installation of the Android app simpler, suggestion is to follow the below mentioned steps-

    • From the Android device you want to test, navigate to the CI server.
    • Download the .apk file from here. Copy the apk to the device and navigate to it via a file explorer and click on it. This will show the installation dialog.
    • Go ahead with the installation. Note: If you want to do clean installation, before doing the above step, follow the below steps-
      • On the Android device, switch to Settings → Apps.
      • Select the bahmni app and uninstall it.

  4. Installing the Chrome extension

    The following steps can be followed to install the chrome extension-

    • Download the tar.gz file from here.
    • Visit chrome://extensions in your chrome browser (or open up the Chrome menu by clicking the icon to the far right of the Omnibox: The menu's icon is three horizontal bars. and select Extensions under the Tools menu to get to the same place).
    • Ensure that the Developer mode checkbox in the top right-hand corner is checked.
    • Click Load unpacked extension… to pop up a file-selection dialog. 
      Note: If you want to upgrade, select the already installed Bahmni extension and click on Update extensions now. Else, Uninstall the extension and install it again. Uninstall option will be shown below the extension details.
    • Navigate to the directory in which your extension files are downloaded, and select it.
