Inception

First Visit

Sudhakar visited on 1st & 2nd June 2014 to help the implementation team with the following:

  1. Db backups in local machine
  2. Train them to use github as they have mentioned they still are not confident of it
  3. Deploy latest build - for new functionality we developed for Banyan
  4. Setup ELIS
  5. Do reports kick-off


After the visit, synced up with them and identified the following action items:
