Problem
$ gem install compass Fetching: sass-3.4.23.gem (100%) ERROR: While executing gem ... (Gem::FilePermissionError) You don't have write permissions for the /Library/Ruby/Gems/2.0.0 directory.
Solution
sudo gem install compass
Missing Ruby development tools
Problem
Missing dependencies for the gem compilation.

Solution
Type in this command and then follow the instructions in the setup wizard. Then retry the installation of compass.
