1. CLERK entering PATIENT info on the spot is the most common way to get new PATIENT info into the system.

2. Registration is a module in Bahmni.

3. Registration module home page.


1. CLERK asks PATIENT for demographic info and type it into the system.


2. CLERK takes a photo of PATIENT.


3. CLERK saves PATIENT info.

1. Usually CLERK will not save PATIENT info, but will instead directly assign PATIENT to a department. See UJ1.6.


4. CLERK prints PATIENT card.
