@Joaquin Blaya: This page is meant for people who are writing a new page in the Feature Guide to copy this page over as a template, so that the Feature Guide pages have a common look and feel. This is not for someone who is submitting a new feature request / code to Bahmni. We have similar "template" pages for Implementer Guide and User Guide created by Teresa (who is handling our documentation strategy).
Hi @Teresa Gracias it would be great to have an introduction of who this page is for, what the purpose is and how they submit their feature. My guess is that we should probably also place a link to how they submit their code for review.
